Built by someone who's
done this job
SensiHub was built by Steven Warren, founder of MW4 Digital LLC.
Before SensiHub, Steven spent years as the technical lead for sensitive-data cleanup inside two companies — not the compliance team deciding what the policy should be, but the person actually running the scans, moving the files, sitting with department heads to work through access problems, and keeping the remediation log clean enough to hand to an auditor.
The tools that existed were either six-figure enterprise platforms with month-long deployments, or nothing. Most of the teams doing this work were doing it manually — spreadsheet tracking, ad-hoc folder searches, email chains to document what got deleted. Even with a proper platform, most of what it could do wasn't being used. And most of the organizations that needed this work done couldn't afford it anyway.
SensiHub came out of that. Enterprise-grade discovery, classification, permission reporting, and remediation — built to be operational in minutes instead of months, and priced so a 15-person clinic, law office, or MSP can actually buy it without a procurement cycle.
Every assessment engagement is run by Steven personally. The platform is maintained and improved continuously — built around what real remediation work actually requires, not what looks good in a features table.
