These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SensiHub platform operated by SensiHub ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing SensiHub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SensiHub is a data governance platform that allows organisations to scan files and cloud storage for sensitive data, manage findings, and enforce data policies. The service includes a web dashboard, a local agent, and integrations with third-party cloud storage providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@sensihub.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
Each account belongs to one organisation. Team members added to your organisation are subject to these Terms. As the account owner, you are responsible for your team's use of the service.

Your use of SensiHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you scan. We do not store raw file contents — only metadata and categorisation results. You grant us a limited licence to process this metadata solely to provide the service.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If your payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved. Accounts unpaid for more than 30 days may be terminated and data purged.
We may offer a free tier or trial period at our discretion. Free tier features and limits are subject to change at any time. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid subscriptions may have their data deleted after the trial ends.
SensiHub and all associated software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary materials.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate.
SensiHub is a tool to assist with data governance — it is not a substitute for legal, compliance, or security advice. You are solely responsible for your organisation's compliance with applicable regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SensiHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SensiHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason we deem appropriate, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and your data will be purged within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SensiHub is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
